So how do those prices compare to checks purchased directly from a bank? Exact prices can vary by bank and may differ depending on the check printing companies they use, but Costco's prices are significantly lower.

My bank uses Deluxe Corporation for check ordering and printing, so I researched its prices. It turns out that ordering through Costco is the best option if you're on a budget. I'll keep this in mind if I need to order checks in the future.

Even if you have the standard Costco Executive membership, you can save 50% or more when ordering new checks. Those with pricier Gold Star or Business memberships can save 60% or more on checks. If you use paper checks frequently, ordering from Costco is a good money move.
