Our picks of the best business credit cards are intended to meet business owners on their own terms. Entrepreneurs are already juggling a laundry list of responsibilities and flexible credit cards reign supreme, in our opinion. That's why the credit cards on our shortlist meet a handful of important criteria, including big rewards earned for common business purchases, large sign-up bonuses, valuable perks, and justifiable fees. Without further ado, here are our picks for the best business credit cards.

Capital One® Spark® Cash for Business

Best for: Sign-up bonus and cash back

Capital One® Spark® Cash for Business balances the relationship between rewards and fees well. Qualifying new cardholders earn a sign-up bonus of $500 when spending at least $4,500 on new purchases within three months of account opening. All purchases earn flat 2% cash back, making it an ideal card for business owners preferring to carry one card for all needs, rather than the complexity with carrying several credit cards to stretch rewards across varying bonus categories. Capital One® Spark® Miles for Business

Best for: Sign-up bonus and travel

Capital One® Spark® Miles for Business rewards travelers with a large sign-up bonus and ongoing miles, all with a justifiable annual fee. Cardholders earn 50,000 miles after spending $4,500 within three months of account opening, earn 2x miles per $1, and only pay a $59 annual fee (waived the first year). These perks make it a solid travel credit card, especially for small business owners who may not have large enough credit spending budgets to justify paying a higher annual fee. Capital One® Spark® Classic for Business

Best for: Limited credit

Cardholders with limited or average credit have a good chance of qualifying for Capital One® Spark® Classic for Business, whereas other cards on this list require better credit profiles. What makes the card stand out is all purchases earn unlimited 1% cash back, plus it includes a $0 annual fee. These perks are rare for cards designed for people with lower credit scores. For those wondering what's labelled as average credit, Capital One considers average credit to be for people who've declared bankruptcy in the past three years or those who have limited credit, spanning less than three years. Ink Business Preferred Credit Card

Ink Business Preferred Credit Card

Best for: Sign-up bonus and travel

Chase's Ink Business PreferredSM Credit Card will turn heads with its sign-up bonus of 80,000 bonus points earned after spending $5,000 on new purchases in the first three months, which is worth up to $1,000 for travel booked through Chase Ultimate Rewards® or $800 cash back. But focusing on the bonus is short-sighted. Cardholders also earn 3x points per $1 on the first $150,000 in combined spending on business essentials (think travel, shipping purchases, Internet, cable and phone services, and on social media and search engine advertising) and all other spending earns 1 point per $1. Ink Business Cash Credit Card

Ink Business Cash Credit Card

Best for: $0 annual fee and cash back

Ink Business CashSM Credit Card may be best for cardholders wanting the simplicity of cash back versus points or business with big aspirations but smaller credit budgets today. Cardholders earn 5% cash back on up to $25,000 of spending in combined purchases at office supply stores, and on cellular phones, landline, internet, and cable TV services. Gas and restaurant purchases earn 2% cash back on up to $25,000 of spending, and every other purchase earns 1% cash back. Qualifying new cardholders also earn a lucrative $300 sign-up bonus after spending at least $3,000 on purchases in the first three months. What's surprising is these perks don't come at the expense of an annual fee, which is surprisingly $0. We don't know of another $0 annual-fee card that offers such a large bonus.
