However, employees can’t request time off or log sick days. Managers and supervisors also can’t track sick days; they just see that an employee has or hasn't clocked in.

In terms of accountability, employees can clock in and out through a web app, a mobile app, a time clock kiosk, or an integration with Slack or Microsoft Teams. If you have team members who consistently forget to clock in or out, you can set reminders that will notify them to log their hours.
