Some investors may be able to think of a laundry list of reasons to sell -- or at least avoid -- Citigroup's (C +0.66%) stock. And that shouldn't be too surprising since this was one of, if not the, worst-hit big banks during the financial meltdown. And though the crisis is now behind us, some of the ramifications of it are not.
