Its assets include over 50,000 miles of pipeline, 25 natural gas processing plants, and 21 natural gas liquids fractionators. Its assets serve some of the most important -- and most active -- shale plays in the country, including Appalachia's Marcellus shale and the two Texas plays: the Permian Basin and the Eagle Ford shale.
