Nokia (NOK -0.27%) has unveiled its latest budget model, the Asha 310. The device is a dual-SIM-card, Wi-Fi-equipped smartphone that boasts a 3-inch touchscreen display and a 2-megapixel camera. It comes with either a 2GB or 4GB memory card, and is expandable by an additional 32GB.

Its suggested retail base price is $102, and it is available in three colors: black, white, and "golden light." It is to be sold in Asia, India, the Middle East, Africa, and Brazil starting this quarter.

The new offering expands the company's lower-end Asha range to a total of 15 models.
