Whitestone REIT (WSR) has kept its latest quarterly dividend steady. For its Q2, the company will hand out $0.285 per share of its common stock and operating partnership unit, to be paid in three tranches of $0.095 apiece. The first one will be dispensed April 9 to share/unit holders of record as of March 31, the second on May 9 to holders of record on April 30, and the final one on June 10 to holders of record on May 31.
The dividend matches that of Whitestone REIT's previous disbursements, which it has been handing out since September 2010.
The payout annualizes to $1.14 per share. That yields 7.5% at the company's current stock price of $15.11.
