Google (GOOG 2.30%) has been a stalwart at Tier 1, but Facebook (FB 3.98%) does pose a threat. Enough to knock it off its perch? Doubtful. But perhaps enough to bring Facebook up to Tier 1 status if it can reach a few more milestones.
