Real estate investment trust Parkway Properties (PKY#) announced yesterday its second-quarter dividend of $0.15 per share, the same rate it paid last quarter after raising the payout 33% from $0.1125 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on June 26 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 12. The payout marks the 107th consecutive distribution the REIT has made to investors.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.60-per-share annual dividend yielding 3.2% based on the closing price of Parkway Properties' stock on May 16.
