Snacks maker Mondelez International (MDLZ 0.79%) will pay a second-quarter dividend of $0.13 per share, the same rate it's paid the past two quarters since being spun off from Kraft Foods, the company announced yesterday. (Kraft declared a $0.50-per-share quarterly dividend this week.)

The Mondelez board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on July 15 to the holders of record at the close of business on July 1. Mondelez also said shareholders at its annual meeting elected all 11 nominees to its board,  approved the company's executive officers' compensation plans on an advisory basis, and ratified the selection of PricewaterhouseCoopers as its independent auditors for 2013.

The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.52-per-share annual dividend yielding 1.7% based on the closing price of Mondelez International's stock on May 21.
