The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on August 2 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 28. CTS has made regular quarterly dividends since at least 2000.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.14 per-share annual dividend, yielding 1.3% based on the closing price of CTS's stock on May 22.
