The company has declared its latest set of dividends, most prominently a common stock distribution of $0.30 per share. This will be paid on October 15 to shareholders of record as of September 30. That amount matches both of the firm's two preceding disbursements, the most recent of which was paid last month. Prior to that, STAG Industrial handed out $0.27 per share.
The company also declared payouts on its Series A and B cumulative redeemable preferred stock. These will be $0.5625 per share for the former and $0.4140625 for the latter. Both will be dispensed on September 30 to holders of record as of September 13.
The just-declared common stock dividend annualizes to $1.20 per share. That yields 5.8% at STAG Industrial's most recent closing stock price of $20.69.
