Bank holding company Center Bancorp (NASDAQ: CNBC) announced yesterday its third-quarter dividend of $0.075 per share, the same rate it paid last quarter after raising the quarterly payout to investors 36% from $0.055 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on Nov. 1 to the holders of record at the close of business on Oct. 17. The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.30-per-share annual dividend, yielding 2.1% based on the closing price today of Center Bancorp's stock.
