Prologis (PLD +0.86%) has elected to keep its common stock dividend steady. The company declared a quarterly distribution of $0.28 per share on that class of security. This will be dispensed on September 30 to shareholders of record as of September 16. That amount matches all of the firm's previous distributions stretching back to April 2009. Prior to that, Prologis paid nearly double that rate, at $0.52 per share.
The company also declared a disbursement of $1.0675 per share of its series Q preferred stock. This will be handed out on September 30 to holders of record as of September 18.
The just-declared common stock dividend annualizes to $1.12 per share, yielding 3.1%, at Prologis' most recent closing stock price of $35.68.
