Camden Property Trust (CPT 0.66%) has announced plans to keep its dividend steady at $0.63 per share this quarter.
The real estate company has paid this same amount to investors since April 2013, after upping its amount 12.5%, from $0.56 per share. Camden's latest quarterly dividend will be payable on Oct. 17 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 30.
On an annualized basis, Camden Property's dividend adds to $2.52 per share of common stock. As of the market's close on Sept. 16, the company's stock was trading at $65.79, which means Camden Property's current dividend yield is 3.8%.
