Retail real estate investment trust Glimcher Realty Trust (NYSE: GRT) announced today its third-quarter dividend of $0.10 per share, the same rate it's paid since 2009.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on October 15 to holders of record at the close of business on September 30.
The board also said it was paying a quarterly cash dividend on three series of preferred stock as follows
- $0.5078 per share on its Series G preferred stock
- $0.4688 per share on its Series H preferred stock
- $0.4297 per share on its Series I preferred stock
Each of the dividends is payable on October 15 to shareholders of record on September 30.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.40-per-share annual dividend, yielding 3.8% based on the closing price today of Glimcher Realty Trust's stock.
