Packaged goods giant ConAgra (CAG 0.86%) announced today its third-quarter dividend of $0.25 per share, the same rate it's paid for the past four quarters after raising the payout 4% from $0.24 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on December 3 to holders of record at the close of business on October 31. The regular dividend payment equates to a $1.00-per-share annual dividend, yielding 3.3% based on the closing price today of ConAgra's stock.
