Homebuilder Lennar (NYSE: LEN) announced today its third-quarter dividend of $0.04 per share on its class A and class B, the same rate it's paid since 2008 when it slashed the payout 75% during the depths of the recession.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on November 1 to holders of record at the close of business on October 18. The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.16-per-share annual dividend, yielding 0.4% based on the closing price today of Lennar's stock.
