Goldcorp (GG) is continuing to bring up a shareholder payout from its mines. The company has declared its latest monthly dividend, which is to be $0.05 per share paid on Oct. 25 to shareholders of record as of Oct. 17. That amount is in line with each of the firm's preceding monthly payouts this calendar year. Prior to that, Goldcorp was marginally less generous, handing out $0.045 per share.
In the news release trumpeting the upcoming distribution, Goldcorp pointed out that it has paid a monthly disbursement since 2003.
The just-declared dividend annualizes to $0.60 per share. That yields 2.4% at Goldcorp's current stock price of $25.25.
