Global aerospace business Exelis (NYSE: XLS) will pay a fourth-quarter dividend of $0.1033 per share of common stock. The company has paid this amount to investors since initiating a quarterly payout in November 2011, after the company separated from ITT Corp.
Exelis's latest dividend will be payable on Jan. 2 to stockholders of record as of Nov. 15. Annualized, the current quarterly dividend adds to $0.4132. Exelis's stock was trading at $15.36 as of the market's close on Oct. 8. This means the company currently has a 2.6% dividend yield.
