Office property investor Franklin Street Properties (FSP +0.01%) announced yesterday its third-quarter dividend of $0.19 per share, the same rate it's paid since 2008.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on Nov. 14 to the holders of record at the close of business on Oct. 25. The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.76-per-share annual dividend, yielding 5.9% based on the closing price Friday of Franklin Street Properties' stock.
