About Central China Securities

Central China Securities Co., Ltd. engages in the provision of brokerage, investment banking and investment management solutions. It operates through the following business segments: Brokerage Business, Investment Banking, Proprietary Trading, Investment and Asset Management, Overseas Business, and Other Businesses. The Securities Brokerage segment handles securities trading and brokering services. The Brokerage segment is comprised of futures trading and brokering and futures information advisory and training services. The Investment Banking segment is the corporate finance and financial advisory services to institutional clients. The Proprietary Trading segment refers to trading of financial products. The Investment and Asset Management segment represents direct investments and funds related businesses such as portfolio management and maintenance, investment advisory and transaction execution services. The Overseas Business segment is consists of activities of overseas subsidiaries of the company, which mainly engages in brokerage, margin financing, trading and investment, and financial planning and advisory services. The Other Businesses segment includes the headquarters operations and interest income and expenses relating to working capital in general. The company was founded on November 8, 2002 and is headquartered in Zhengzhou, China.
