SCREEN Holdings Co., Ltd. manages its group companies, which are engaged in the manufacture and sale of semiconductors and printing equipment. It operates through the following segments: Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment Business (SPE), Graphic Arts Equipment Business (GA), Display Manufacturing Equipment and Film Deposition Equipment Business (FT), Printed Board Related Equipment (PE) and Others. The Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment Business segment develops, manufactures, sells, and maintains semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The Graphic Arts Equipment Business segment engages in the develops, manufactures, sales and maintains printing-related equipment. The Display Manufacturing Equipment and Film Deposition Equipment Business segment develops, manufactures, sales and maintains display manufacturing equipment and film forming equipment. The Printed Board Related Equipment segment develops, manufactures, sales and maintains printed board related equipment. The Others segment includes development of software; manufacture and sale of life science field equipment; and planning and production of printed materials. The company was founded on October 11, 1943 and is headquartered in Kyoto, Japan.
