Information Services International-Dentsu Ltd. engages in the provision of information services that include consulting services, custom system development, sales and support of in-house developed software, outsourcing, and IT (Information Technology) equipment sales. It operates through the following segments: Financial Solutions, Business Solutions, Manufacturing Solutions, and Communication IT Solutions. The Financial Solutions segment covers IT solutions that support financial operations in companies. The Business Solutions segment offers IT solutions for core system management and the human resources management field. The Manufacturing Solutions segment provides IT solutions from product development, manufacturing, sales, and maintenance in the manufacturing industry. The Communication IT Solutions segment manages the provision of core systems and IT solutions to and with the Dentsu Group. The company was founded on December 11, 1975 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
