About Questerre Energy

Questerre Energy Corp. is an energy technology and innovation company, which engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of oil and gas projects, and non-conventional projects such as tight oil, oil shale, shale oil, and shale gas. It hold assets in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Quebec in Canada as well as in the Kingdom of Jordan. It operates through the following segments: Western Canada, Quebec, and Corporate and Other. The Western Canada segment explores and develops activities in Western Canada including Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba with existing production of natural gas, crude oil, and natural gas liquids. The Quebec segment holds claim against the government for a natural gas discovery in the province and plans to develop a clean technology energy project. The Corporate and Other segment focuses on the general and administrative resources to manage the respective operating segments and includes activities in the Kingdom of Jordan and an investment in Red Leaf Resources Inc. The company was founded on October 25, 1971 and is headquartered in Calgary, Canada.
