Rackspace Hosting recently reported impressive earnings, and the stock jumped immediately thereafter. The large growth it posted lends credibility to the cloud-computing investor thesis and gives the naysayers something to watch. Certainly there are other competitors in this space, including Amazon.com, Apple, and Google, but there will certainly be a tremendous amount of corporate and investor wealth generated in this field in upcoming years.
