ADT (NYSE: ADT) announced yesterday that a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share of common stock will be paid Feb. 20 to shareholders of record as of the end of Jan. 30. This represents no change.
ADT is also scheduled on Jan. 30 to present earnings results from its first quarter of 2013. The dividend announcement comes a week after ADT announced it had priced a $700 million issue of senior notes.
