For the quarter ended Dec. 31 (Q4), Halcón Resources beat expectations on revenues and met expectations on earnings per share.

For the quarter, gross margin was 82.5%, much better than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was -6.0%, much better than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was -6.5%, much better than the prior-year quarter.
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $191.6 million. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $0.07.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $1.10 billion. The average EPS estimate is $0.52.
