Ameren (NYSE: AEE) filed its 10-K on March 1. Here are the numbers you need to know.

For the quarter ended Dec. 31 (Q4), Ameren whiffed on revenues and missed estimates on earnings per share.

For the quarter, gross margin was 30.0%, 280 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 9.2%, 400 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was -79.0%, much worse than the prior-year quarter.
