In a ruling on Tuesday, the Securities and Exchange Commission said that CEOs are now free to post, blog, and tweet as long as they inform investors in advance about the company's social media strategy. The SEC also cleared Netflix CEO Reed Hastings of any wrongdoing for posting on Facebook.
