Verizon (VZ 2.85%) may have figured out how to take full control of Verizon Wireless without paying $20 billion in extra taxes. The seemingly everlasting partnership with Vodafone (VOD 0.81%) could end in short order -- a willing buyer is looking at a willing seller, and they just have to make the economics of the deal work for everybody.
