Robert Half International (RHI -1.97%) won't be taking any half measures, as it declared it will pay a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per share. The company announced it will make the payout on June 14 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 24. 

That rate is the same that Robert Half paid last quarter, when it increased its dividend by almost 7% as it raised it $0.01. The staffing specialist has raised its dividend each year since it began its payout. The dividend has ranged from $0.06, to its current level of $0.16 per share.

The new dividend annualizes to $0.64 per share, and yields 2% at the closing price of Robert Half International's stock on May 2.
