Bermuda-based underwriter OneBeacon Insurance Group (NYSE: OB) announced yesterday its second-quarter dividend of $0.21 per share, the same rate it's paid since 2007, when it began making the payout.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on June 27 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 14.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.84-per-share annual dividend, yielding 6.1% based on the closing price of OneBeacon Insurance Group's stock on May 23.
