Brandywine Realty Keeps Dividend Steady

REIT has paid quarterly dividend since 1997.

Urban town center and suburban office manager Brandywine Realty Trust (BDN 1.03%) announced yesterday its second-quarter dividend of $0.15 per share, the same rate it's paid since 2010.

The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on July 19 to the holders of record at the close of business on July 5. Brandywine has paid a quarterly dividend every year since 1997.

The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.60-per-share annual dividend, yielding 4% based on the closing price of Brandywine Realty Trust's stock on May 30.
