Diversified real estate investment trust Boston Properties (BXP 2.57%) announced yesterday its second-quarter dividend of $0.65 per share, the same rate it's paid for the past two quarters after raising the payout 18% from $0.55 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on July 31 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 28. The REIT has made quarterly payouts to investors since 1997.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $2.60-per-share annual dividend, yielding 2.3% based on the closing price of Boston Properties' stock on June 18.
