Business process management specialist Pegasystems (PEGA -0.92%) announced yesterday its third-quarter dividend of $0.03 per share, the same rate it's paid since it initiated the program in 2006.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on July 15 to the holders of record at the close of business on July 1.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.12-per-share annual dividend, yielding 0.4% based on the closing price of Pegasystems' stock on June 18.
