Single-tenant commercial property operator American Realty Capital Properties (VER) announced today its monthly July dividend of $0.07583 per share, the same rate it paid last month after increasing the payout 1.6% from $0.0746 per share.
The board of directors said the dividend is payable on July 15 to the holders of record at the close of business on July 8. American Realty has paid a dividend every month since 2011. The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.91-per-share annual dividend, yielding 6% based on the closing price of American Realty Capital Properties' stock on June 27.
