American Realty Sets Monthly Dividend for August

Single-tenant commercial property operator raised the payout 1% two months ago

Single-tenant commercial property operator American Realty Capital Properties (VER) announced today its monthly August dividend of $0.07583 per share, the same rate it's paid for the past two months after raising the payout 1% from $0.075 per share.

The board of directors said the dividend is payable on Aug. 15 to the holders of record at the close of business on Aug. 8.

The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.91-per-share annual dividend, yielding 6.1% based on the closing price today of American Realty Capital Properties' stock.
