Mail solutions provider Pitney Bowes (PBI +0.39%) announced plans Monday to keep its quarterly dividend steady at the amount of $0.1875 per share of common stock. Pitney Bowes' annualized dividend amounts to $0.75 per share of common stock, yielding 5.1% on Monday's closing price.
The company's quarterly dividend has been $0.1875 per share since last quarter, when the Board of Directors approved a reduced dividend from its previous $0.375 per share. The latest dividend will be payable Sept. 12 to shareholders of record on Aug. 9.
