FedEx (FDX 2.80%) this week declared plans to keep its dividend steady this quarter at $0.15 per share. This latest payout will be payable Oct. 13 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 10. The shipping company has paid this amount since last quarter, after increasing it 7%, from $0.14.
Annualized, FedEx's dividend adds up to $0.60 per share of common stock. The company's stock traded at $108.04 per share as of market close Aug. 15, which means its dividend currently yields 0.6%. So far in 2013, FedEx has seen its price per share rise by 17%.
