OneBeacon Insurance Group (NYSE: OB) has elected to keep its dividend steady. For its Q3, the company has declared a quarterly common stock distribution of $0.21 per share. This is to be paid on September 27 to shareholders of record as of September 13.
That amount matches all of the company's preceding regular dividends since it began paying them in March 2007. From that time, it has handed out a distribution in every quarter.
The firm also occasionally declares special dividends. Its latest such distribution was a $1.00-per-share payout dispensed in June 2011.
The just-declared quarterly dividend annualizes to $0.84 per share. That yields just under 6% at OneBeacon's current stock price of $14.01.
