Health-care facility REIT Universal Health Realty Income Trust (UHT 1.96%) announced today its third-quarter dividend of $0.625 per share, the same rate it paid last quarter after raising the payout to investors about 1%, from $0.62 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on Sept. 30 to the holders of record at the close of business on Sept. 16. The regular dividend payment equates to a $2.50-per-share annual dividend, yielding 6.3% based on the closing price today of Universal Healthy Realty Income Trust's stock.
