Real estate investment trust Senior Housing Properties Trust (DHC 2.31%) announced today its third-quarter dividend of $0.39 per share, the same rate it's paid for the past four quarters after raising the payout 2.6% from $0.38 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on November 21 to holders of record at the close of business on October 17. The regular dividend payment equates to a $1.56-per-share annual dividend, yielding 6.6% based on the closing price today of Senior Housing Properties' stock.
