Confectioner Hershey (HSY +0.74%) has announced plans to keep its dividend steady this quarter at $0.485 per share of common stock.
It has paid this amount to investors since September after upping its quarterly payout 15% from $0.42 per share. Additionally, the candy company is paying $0.435 per share of Class B common stock. Both of Hershey's latest dividends will be payable on December 13 to shareholders of record as of November 25.
Annualized, Hershey's common stock dividend adds up to $1.94 per share. As of the market's close on October 8, its stock price was trading at $92.03 per share, which means Hershey currently has a dividend yield of 2.1%.
