The real estate investment trust has declared its latest common stock distribution, which is to be $0.48 per share paid on or about November 22 to shareholders of record as of October 25. That amount slightly tops its four preceding distributions of $0.47 apiece, the most recent of which was paid in August. Prior to that, Hospitality Properties dispensed $0.45 per share.
The just-declared dividend annualizes to $1.92 per share. That yields 6.8% at Hospitality Properties' most recent closing stock price of $28.21.
Last month, the REIT declared a dividend on its Series D preferred stock of $0.4453125 per share.
