Regional banking operator F.N.B. (FNB -0.64%) announced yesterday its third-quarter dividend of $0.12 per share, the same rate it's provided to shareholders since cutting the payout in half in 2009.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on Dec. 15 to holders of record as of the close of business on Dec. 2. The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.48-per-share annual dividend, yielding 3.9% based on the closing price yesterday of F.N.B.'s stock.
