After a tremendous 2012, United States refiners have landed back on earth as the price spread between Brent and WTI benchmarks evened out during the third quarter. But with recent production delays hampering Libya once again, the price spread is starting to expand. Investors should take note of refiners with unique abilities to access discounted crude oil throughout North America.
