Dana Holding Keeps Dividend Steady

Auto-parts maker began offering a quarterly payout just last year.

Auto components manufacturer Dana Holding (DAN 2.11%) announced yesterday its third-quarter dividend of $0.05 per share, the same rate it's paid since it began making a payout last year. The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on Aug. 30 to the holders of record at the close of business on Aug. 9. 

The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.20-per-share annual dividend, yielding 1% based on the closing price today of Dana Holding's stock.
