Rights And Issues Investment Trust Public Company(LSE) RIII

The Company is a split capital trust consisting of Capital shares (RIIC), Income shares (RIII) and 5.5% Cumulative Preference shares (45ID). The Trust invests in equities with an emphasis on smaller companies. UK smaller companies, listed on either the LSE or AIM, will normally constitute at least 80% of the investment portfolio. The portfolio is then managed on a medium-term basis with a low level of turnover of investments to minimise transaction costs and ensure a medium-term consistency of the investment approach.
