We made the twenty-first and twenty-second trades in the Fool Portfolio on Thursday, August 25, 1995, buying two Investing For Growth picks -- Applied Materials and KLA Instruments. These massive semiconductor equipment giants comprise the Fool Portfolio's exposure to the semiconductor industry -- a massive growth sector that will be feuled by the expansion of computers and computer related products and services worldwide. The buy orders were promptly filled by K. Aufhauser & Co. at $114 1/2 and $89 respectively, heading lower ever since.
